  • How do I place an order?
    • Select the Business Unit(s) aligned with the item you are ordering.
    • Enter your Store ID
    • Confirm your address
    • Enter email address (to receive shipment confirmation)
    • Select quantity aligned with each item you are ordering (use drop down list)
    • Confirm your request
    • Log out
  • How frequently can I order?
    • As required
  • How many can I order at one time?
    • Up to 5 units per SKU
  • When will my order ship?
    • Within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends
  • How will my order be shipped?
    • It will be sent to you via FedEx Ground Service
  • How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
    • Your order will ship from our NJ Distribution Center within 48 hours of receipt. It can take up to 5 after shipment days for you to receive your request based upon the final destination.
  • What do I do if I have a problem placing an order?
    • Click on the “contact us” link at the bottom of each page. This will generate an email template. Populate the template with your questions/concerns. A Client Service Agent will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends.
